Return & Exchange Policy

At Aurikaa, we take great care in curating jewellery that is high-quality and thoughtfully selected. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • If replacements and exchanges are accepted, then they will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and certificates (if any) intact.


Not Eligible:

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer

  • Minor irregularities due to hand-finishing or natural materials (see Disclaimer below)

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

 

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the product and packaging

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.

  3. If we approve your refund, we will process and credit it to your bank account within 7-10 working days.

 

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

 

2. Shipping Policy


At Aurikaa, we aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, safely, and with care.


Shipping Within India

  • Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping across India on orders above ₹1500

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners : ship rocket

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays)

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched

 Delays


We are not responsible for delays due to:

Natural disasters, weather, or strikes

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Courier partner issues beyond our control

Aurikaa curates jewellery that is handmade or includes natural materials such as stones, pearls, and metals. Due to this, minor variations may occur from piece to piece.

 Please Note:

 

  • Slight imperfections, texture differences, or color variations are not defects—they’re part of what makes each piece unique.

  • Metal allergies: We use materials that are generally skin-safe. However, if you have known sensitivities or allergies, please verify product details or consult with us before purchasing.

  • Product photos may slightly differ in colour due to lighting or screen display settings.
